ResetRx is not a covered entity under HIPAA, but we treat biomarker data as sensitive personal information and protect it accordingly.

1.3 Health & Fitness Data from the ResetRx App and Connected Devices

When you use the ResetRx app, we collect health and wellness information that you provide or generate, including:

• Onboarding and assessment responses, such as your health goals, habits, and lifestyle

• Daily check-ins and program activity

• Activity, exercise, heart rate, sleep, weight, and similar wellness metrics that you choose to sync from wearable devices or health platforms (such as Apple Health or Health Connect on Android)

We use this health data solely to operate and personalize the Services — building your personalized plan, generating insights and recommendations, and tracking your progress over time. We do not sell your health data, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except with the service providers who process it on our behalf to deliver the Services (see Section 4). Health and fitness data synced from Apple Health or Health Connect is used only to provide these features to you, consistent with those platforms’ policies, and is never used for advertising purposes.
